2. How do I prepare your freeze-dried meals?

Simply add hot water, stir, and wait for 10 minutes. If you’re on the trail, boiling water from your camp stove works perfectly. For home use, you can rehydrate with hot broth or water.

Our freeze-dried meals have a shelf life of up to 10 years when stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, we recommend consuming the meal within a week for optimal taste and texture.
